With a top speed of almost 240km per hour, the Jaguar E-Type was, from 1961 onwards, one of the trumps in any car quartet and at the same time one of the fastest production sports cars in the world. Equipped with its legendary 3.8-litre, six-cylinder in-line engine, the E-Type was available both as a coupé and an open roadster and undeniably ranks among the design icons of automotive history. Schuco is going to produce a miniature model of this Jaguar E-Type to a scale of 1:87. Edition 1:87 models come with a metal body and chassis. As is expected of Schuco models, a number of key features have been reproduced exactly with the greatest attention to detail. These models are the perfect choice for model railways enthusiasts, diorama makers and die-hard model collectors.
