Once you receive an email notification that "Your order is ready for pickup" you can email us to schedule a pickup time. You may need a signature confirmation upon pickup.
Please note: All "Ready for Pickup" orders will be stored free of charge for 30 days, after which we will charge a daily storage fee of 0.5% of the total order value. Please refer to our "Refund Policy"
