Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy (excluding Final Sale items). All return requests must be submitted via email for approval before sending any item back.

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Any man-made damage to the product
  • Packaging that is damaged or torn due to improper handling
  • Items with missing parts caused by the buyer

Our Responsibility

  • If an item is incorrectly shipped or damaged during transportation, we will take responsibility and ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Buyer’s Responsibility

For all other return reasons—such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Craftsmanship not meeting personal expectations
  • Subjective belief of “defects”
  • Perfectionist-level expectations

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, based on the official tracking record.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued within 72 hours after the returned item is received and verified to be in acceptable condition.

Coverage

  • This return policy applies to all orders, including those within Canada, the United States, and international destinations.

Due to updates in the payment platform policy,

  • For orders paid by "credit card" we will charge a 4% fee for the online order cancellation and return.
  • For orders paid by "Interac e-Transfer with DirectPay"  we will charge a 2% fee for the online order cancellation and return.
