Based on the single-engined Junkers Ju 51/1m, the three-engined Ju 52/3m, better known today as “Aunty Ju”, was introduced in 1932. Legendary for its high level of technical reliability and very high (for those days) standard of passenger comfort, the Ju 52/3m was used both in civil and military flight operations. Particularly characteristic of this iconic aircraft, of which over 4,800 were manufactured, are their corrugated metal sheeting and three radial engines. This finely detailed Schuco collector’s model in 1:72 scale is made of high-quality die-cast zinc and plastic. Its propellers and wheels are movable. The supplied display stand can be used for a perfect product presentation.
