When ordering from outside Canada, you act as the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees (if applicable) are imposed by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient.

Refusal to pay customs charges resulting in return, abandonment, or destruction of the shipment does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or administrative costs incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
