Güldner-Motoren-Werke AG, a manufacturer of diesel engines and tractors, was founded in 1904 by Hugo Güldner, Carl von Linde and Georg von Krauß as Güldner-Motoren-Gesellschaft GmbH. The first tractor was presented in 1936 and it simultaneously marked the start of full-scale tractor production at Güldner. The 60 bhp Güldner G 60 with four-wheel drive hit the market in 1968.
